Camping Information

Camping is limited to vendors and exhibitors only. NO campers or marking off of spots is permitted before Wednesday at 4:00pm! ALL sites will be marked and numbered this year (per health department rules)! After 4pm on Wednesday, you are welcome (first come first serve) to any site that does not have a white reserved tag on it. *Must be an exhibitor to camp!* Your hitch needs to be in line with the site number sign to ensure proper spacing in accordance with our camping permit. If you have questions, please find a Lions Club member, email [email protected], or visit the Lions Booth in the main concession stand. Thanks for your understanding!

4th Annual Labor Day Festival Cornhole Tournament

Friday, August 29, 2025. Boards open at 6:30pm, Tournament Begins at 7:00pm. More information and registration coming soon!

Registration starts Sunday, August 31st, 2025 at 9am. Event begins at 10am.

​2nd Annual Liberty Spirit 3 Miler Run/Walk 

Monday, September 1, 2025, 9am. Join us for the 2nd annual race at the West Liberty Labor Day Festival! The race will start and end near the splash pad and go through town and around the park. Total of 3 Miles, not quite a 5K! Proceeds this year will go to the ALS Association, in memory of Joe Rose. An unique race medal will be included for all registrants before the cut-off!
