Bring Your Own Partner. Random Draw for Opponents. Double Elimination

Food will be available. Electronic Scorekeeping, and your pit will be turned for you each game if you desire.

Lions Club Fish Fry's

The West Liberty Lion's Club hosts several Fish Fry fundraisers throughout the year at West Liberty Lions Club Park. The Fish Fry's are open to the public and all are encouraged to come out to the park, visit and enjoy all-you-can-eat fried fish!

West Liberty Lions Ham & Turkey Raffle
Nov. 18, 2024, 7:00-8:30pm

7pm at the West Liberty Town Hall Opera House (Raffle always held annually on 3rd Monday of November.)
 
Come one, come all to the annual West Liberty Lions Club Ham & Turkey Raffle! Raffle tickets can be purchased on site on Monday evening prior to each spin of the wheel. Tickets are $1 each.
 
All proceeds stay right here to benefit the West Liberty community! We will be raffling off whole hams, turkey breasts, and other prizes!
 
Come out for your chance to win a ham, turkey breasts or other prizes!

Saturday in March: Breakfast with the Easter Bunny + 4th Annual Easter Egg Hunt

In conjunction with the West Liberty Business Association, the West Liberty Lions Club presents "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny" at the Opera House on a Saturday in March from 8-11am. The 2025 Date is TBA. 

Our 4th Annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Lions Park at 3:00PM. The Easter Egg Hunt is open to all kids 5th grade and younger. The children will be grouped by age.

May & June
​Softball Tournaments

Lions Club Park hosts softball games on three separate diamonds throughout the spring and summer. The West Liberty Force, a girls travel fastpitch orgainzation that has been around for over a decade, hosts several tournaments each year as well as traveling out of state to play. There are teams competing in several age groups, with players from all over the west central Ohio area.

Four annual events hosted at Lions Club Park by the West Liberty Force include the Early Bird Tournament (typically the 1st week of May), the Mad River Classic (typically the 1st week of June), Father's Day/Pete Cook Memorial (typically Father's Day weekend) and the Fireworks Blowout (typically the last weekend in June). Culpepper & Merriweather Great Combined Circus
May of 2025

Every other year in May, the West Liberty Lions Club welcomes the Culpepper & Merriweather Great Combined Circus to the Lions Club Park for a circus unlike any other.

Culpepper & Merriweather circus brings an action-packed 90-minute show to over 200 towns in 17 different states! They specialize in affordable, family-friendly entertainment. Their show is truly enjoyable for children of all ages! Bring the toddlers, kids, teenagers AND grandparents!

West Liberty Fireworks

Usually held the last Saturday in June.
2025 Date: Saturday, June 28th

The West Liberty Force Softball team hosts a weekend tournament at Lions Club Park. The Lions Club typically hosts a pancake breakfast from 7am-11am and a fish fry from 5-7pm at the park, followed by FIREWORKS at dusk. 

The West Liberty Fourth of July firework show is 100% funded by local donations. To donate, visit The Peoples Savings and Loan Company in downtown West Liberty and ask to donate to an account set up on behalf of the Fourth of July fireworks show.  Several downtown businesses also collect in their shops for the fireworks.
